Ways to get help while you work:
- Handy Tool Tips
for each field on every screen. When you hover in a particular field, Geni gives you hints about the information that should appear in the field; in addition, if more than one answer is available, Geni displays all of the possible entries for quick reference and selection.
- Quick-Pick Lists
are generated from integrated data contained in the setup, case management and accounting features of the program to make data selection quicker and learning how to use Geni faster.
- Help Screens
are available by pressing the Help button on the Taskbar at each level of the program or Ctrl+H on pop-up screens so each user can “learn as you go.”
This performance report shows the number of new (potential) client appointments made in the program’s Calendar by Date and Case Type.
Click on MANAGEMENT > REPORTS > PERFORMANCE REPORTS > NEW APPOINTMENTS ANALYSIS REPORT to open the New Appointments Analysis Report from anywhere in the Geni Law Program.
Upon clicking the report, the print overlay screen opens:
Please make the following selections:
|Start Date||Enter the desired Start Date; the default is the current date|
|Stop Date||Enter the desired Stop Date; the default is the current date|
|Division Code||Enter the Division Code; the default is ALL|
Select Appointment Type; enter “Y” or “N” in the desired field: For New Appointments, enter “Y” in the New box and “N” in the other boxes.
|Order of Printing||Select “O”riginal Date or “T”ype of Case; default is “T”|
Select print to “S”creen or “P”rinter; default is “P”rinter
Enter the number of desired copies
Press Print for print results or ESC to return to the previous screen
