Geni Law’s Master Document and Letter templates are available for purchase for other Case Types, besides personal injury. When you subscribe to Geni Law, however, all Personal Injury letters and documents are included with the download for free.

Auto-Merge Documents

Auto-Merge Letters

Geni Law automatically generates and prints several types of letters. Save time and increase your law firm’s bottom line with Geni Law’s auto-fill letter system:
  • Create case status and cover letters while working in a client’s case file. You tell Geni when you are finished with the work, and Geni will add the work item to the client’s statement. It’s quick and easy, and all letters are stored in the client’s case file for easy retrieval anytime.
  • Take charge of your in-house marketing. Geni will use contact information from the potential clients database, or data obtained from an outside source, to send letters to attract new clients and bring them into your office.

The Geni Law program is downloaded with a simple master letterhead that auto merges with your letters so you can continue getting work out right away. Client statements, on the other hand, have their own look; but both letterhead and statements are completed with the Company information you entered in the Setup Company process. But don’t worry if you have invested in creating your own customer letterhead design; you’ll be able to use it for letters and envelopes.
